As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with our students/parents. You will utilize your analytical skills to identify and address customer needs and concerns and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their overall experience. 1. Understand requirement of students/parents 2. Making a detailed plan of counselling/admission process 3. Identify best suited list of counselling & colleges to apply. 4. Handholding for complete cycle of admission processQualifications: 1. Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Communication skills 2. Analytical Skills and attention to detail 3. Strong Customer Service mindset 4. Ability to effectively handle customer issues and resolve conflicts. 5. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills 6. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 7. Knowledge of career counselling, medical education, NEET UG/PG Counselling is plus. 8 .Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in any field 9. Knowledge of MS Excel 10. Presentation skills 11.
