Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Executive - Kozhikode at SZ Developers. This position comes with the responsibility for day-to-day marketing and sales operations in the commercial real estate market for our current running and upcoming projects in Kozhikode & Wayanad. The role is located in Kozhikode and requires strong sales and relationship building skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial sector
• Experience in office administrative tasks and customer relationships.
• Communicate with marketing team of working for lead management
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
• Ability to understand and work with sales based tech platforms and CRM.
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Kozhikode and Wayanad real estate market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Should know to speak English & Malayalam fluently
