Your Opportunity:
The Assistant Client Relationship Officer, Corporate has responsibility to assist the broader corporate team in their duties to fulfil the full corporate administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships - from formation to closure, whilst in accordance with company policy and such other responsibilities as Management shall from time to time determine.

Your Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Client Relationship Officer (ACRO) you will be required to work with the broader corporate team and assist the team in administrative tasks. You will be required to assist and process the following roles and responsibilities as outline below.
No job description is all encompassing, but the main areas of workflow include:
Save and file all correspondence received by clients, intermediaries, and external service providers both into the physical corporate files as well as our electronic document management system (Laserfiche) as directed by your team members;
• With the assistance of the you team members you would be required to make updates on our internal registry system (ViewPoint) on instruction from your reporting line;
• Process and successfully make all relevant filings as required by the Registrar of Companies (CAP and CORIS) to update appointments and resignations of directors, contacts, addresses, newly prepared constitutional documents (M&As, Section 10s etc.) as well as request all types of certificates available to clients;
• Assisting in scanning and processing all mail forwarding received on instruction from your team members;
Assist with any ad-hoc projects required by senior management.

• Self-motivated and dedicated, capable of working independently as well as within a team.
