Client Relationship Officer (CRO) -

Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. The CRO acts as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.

- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services, contributing to revenue growth.

- Client Onboarding:Assist new clients during the onboarding process by providing necessary information and support.

- Feedback & Reporting: Gather client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to management for service enhancement.

- Documentation & Records:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

- Experience in client relationship management or sales is preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
