Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the purchase, explaining and suggesting suitable products
• Communicating with customers in order to identify their needs and choices
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories
• Ensure standards for quality and customer service are met
• Organize special promotions, displays, and events
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field
• Knowledge about Indian wear is prefered but not required
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Proficient in computer skills and billing systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?28,000.00 per month
