This role involves understanding customer needs, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring smooth processing of loans while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and acquire new clients for Micro LAP / Small Business Loans.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.Conduct client meetings to understand their financial requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service quality and relationship management.Loan Processing and Evaluation:Assess and evaluate loan applications based on established criteria and policies.Perform due diligence, including verification of documents and collateral evaluation.Coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure timely approval and disbursal of loans.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan process.Business Development:Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client base.Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to enhance the company's visibility and attract new clients.Operational and Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and disbursals.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and issues related to loans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing and customer service.Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the secured loans sector.Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
