Roles & Duties: Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Work with internal teams to develop and present comprehensive advertising strategies that align with client requirements. Project Coordination : Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Coordinate with creative, digital, and other teams to ensure seamless project workflows. Client Communication : Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, campaign performance, and any relevant industry developments. Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Provide transparent and accurate billing information to clients. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations and agency standards. Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and enhance client satisfaction. Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience managing clients in a digital ad agency Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
