  • Manage Customer Deliveries & Exits
  • Establishing relationship with customers
  • Provide high standards of customer service with a personalized approach
  • Maintaining Database, Handling customer queries
  • Conflict resolution, Making quote sheets
A brief overview of the role:
  • We get enquiries from the post that we add on various portals about our company by email, phone, and chat. The Sales & Marketing team talk to these prospects via phone and persuade them to visit any of our buildings across Bangalore wherein the CR team located in the respective buildings will handle those visits.
Required Candidate profile:
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Fresher)
  • Good Communication Skills and Presentable.
  • Good Convincing Skills
