About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing company based in Chennai, seeking a young and energetic Sales Operations and CRM Specialist to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, inputting data into the CRM, making calls, arranging meetings for the business development manager, and acting as a backend resource for the sales team. Experience with Zoho CRM and Freshworks is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Input and manage all leads received in the CRM system.

Make calls and arrange meetings for the business development manager.

Customize Zoho CRM and Freshworks to align with company processes and workflows.

Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM.

Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights to the management team.

Act as a backend resource for the sales team, providing support and ensuring smooth operations.

Monitor key sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales operations and CRM management.

Experience with Zoho CRM and Freshworks is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of energy and enthusiasm.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
