For Client Relationship Executive

Bizupon is looking to hire candidates( Only Female ) who have curiosity to take the business next level. We are currently hiring for Client Relationship Executive at Bizupon. Please find a detailed requirement for this position.

Experience: 1-3 Years (Only Female Candidate)

Location: Sector 2, Noida, UP

Salary & Perks: 250000 - 400000 (Per Annum) + Incentives

Timing - 11:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. (Mon - Fri)

11:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (SAT)

Roles and Responsibility:

• Onsite Maintain high standards of customer services so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback obtained from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
• Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients' needs and to maximize our profits.
• Maintain and update the database with information regarding the existing Price of the Product
• Responsible for daily administration Prepare MIS and reports on a daily basis.
