: As a Client Relationship executive in this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing a large number of accounts independently. Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with InternetShine clients.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Revenue Generation: Discussion with clients for requirements to provide quotation and follow-ups for Lead closer.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Collaboration With Internal Team: Work closely with the sales to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction on InternetShine and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting And Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation to closer activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing or a relates field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Professional email writing skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Result-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
