Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Professionally handle all incoming calls by providing necessary information and solving patients concerns and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, relay messages, and follow up with clients as needed.
Patient Assistance: Provide necessary information, directions, and assistance to patients over calls.
Assist in scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
Voicemail Management: Monitor and manage voicemail messages, ensuring timely response and appropriate escalation of urgent matters.
Appointment Scheduling: Accurately schedule and confirm appointments, utilizing the company's scheduling software.
Communication: Handle email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Patient Records Management: Safeguard patient confidentiality by handling records and information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Billing and Payment Processing: Assist in processing payments and insurance information.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
