JD of Client Relationship Executive:
• Customer service : Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and grievances
• Sales : Generating leads, closing sales, and meeting sales quotas
• Customer database : Maintaining an up-to-date customer database and records
• Customer communication : Communicating with customers on the phone, making welcome calls, and fixing appointments
• Customer follow-up : Following up with customers to ensure their requests and complaints are addressed
• Customer feedback : Recording customer feedback and making customers feel heard
• Sales calls : Keeping a record of all sales calls and notes of useful information
