The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) will play a crucial role in connecting with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This position involves guiding potential clients through our services, maintaining professional relationships, and helping convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. As a CRE, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with an exceptional service experience aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management: Respond to new client inquiries, engage with leads generated through various platforms, and provide information on services.
• Client Consultations: Conduct phone calls and meetings to understand client needs, answer questions, and provide service options that best meet their requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow-Up & Conversion: Consistently follow up with potential clients, track communication, and manage the client journey from inquiry to booking confirmation.
• Service Guidance: Inform clients about The Dream Box Productions' offerings, packages, and unique services.
• Client Support: Address any client concerns, provide updates, and serve as the liaison between the client and the internal team.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients post-service to improve and refine service offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (in Communications, Marketing, or a related field).
• Prior experience in client relations, sales, or customer service, ideally in the photography, event, or creative industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with a positive and persuasive approach.
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
