Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Develop and present proposals to potential partners and clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent SLBS Marklance.

Monitor and report on market competition and customer feedback.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for education and a desire to contribute to student success.
