Job Description

A Client Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth, satisfaction, and loyalty. Here are key duties and responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication: Regularly interact with clients to understand needs and concerns.

2. Relationship Building: Foster trust, rapport, and long-term relationships.

3. Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues.

4. Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services or products.

5. Client Retention: Strategize to prevent client loss and maintain retention rates.

Client Engagement:

1. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings.

2. Provide timely updates on project progress.

3. Gather feedback and address concerns.

4. Offer tailored solutions and recommendations.

5. Celebrate client successes and milestones.

Account Management:

1. Manage client portfolios and records.

2. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations).

3. Ensure contract compliance and renewals.

4. Monitor client satisfaction and adjust strategies.

5. Conduct quarterly business reviews.

Business Development:

1. Identify new sales opportunities.

2. Collaborate with sales teams on pitches and proposals.

3. Develop and present customized solutions.

4. Negotiate contracts and pricing.

5. Expand existing relationships.

Reporting and Analysis:

1. Track client metrics (satisfaction, retention, revenue).

2. Analyze client data for insights.

3. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

4. Identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Adjust strategies based on data.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maradu, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
