We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in the Interior Fitouts industry who is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and facilitating communication between clients and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and any changes.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
• Foster trust and rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Assist in coordinating project schedules and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure that client feedback is communicated to the relevant team members.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor project quality to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
• Implement improvements based on client feedback and quality assessments.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and expectations.
• Participate in client meetings to provide insights and support the sales process.
• Help prepare and present proposals, quotes, and project plans to clients.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project progress.
• Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Ensure all client documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer relations, preferably in the interior fitouts or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
