Job Overview:

We are seeking two

Customer Relationship Executives

to join our team and support our Indian business operations. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and aligning with the best practices learned from the ASMP program.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Assist in resolving customer issues and provide after-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide insights to improve customer experience and business operations. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Fluency in any other regional Indian language (preferably a South Indian language) is an added advantage. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools is preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
