The company is based in Gurgaon and offers state-of-the-art processing and storage technology approved by international authorities.Tasks
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Client RelationshipExecutive at Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd in Gurgoan. The Client RelationshipExecutive will be responsible for business relationship management,client relations, communication, relationship building, and account management on a day-to-day basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions and present insights to management for strategic planning.
- Client Relations and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
- Experience in the healthcare or biotech industry is a plus.
