Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute branding, and social media campaigns that align with client objectives.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements and objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding, advertising, and social media.Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the branding, advertising, or social media industry.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, the priority is expert knowledge of Instagram (now Meta, in combination with Facebook) and LinkedIn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
