Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Executive to join our team with English written and Speaking Skills. Ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about client success, and committed to going the extra mile. You'll be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and providing solutions to help clients achieve their goals via Our Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet client needs, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, connecting with clients via Email ,Skype, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Regularly monitor and analyze clients' usage of our Services to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generate and track client requirements monthly, and deliver it on time.
• Proactively re-engage with clients who have stopped renewing contract to understand and address any issues.
• Develop strategies to encourage inactive clients to resume their contract with us.
• Recommend websites and additional services based on the clients' specific requirements.
• Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to improve the buyer experience using our services
• Stay updated on all platform features and functionalities to guide clients effectively.
• Collect feedback and reviews from clients to support service improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to grow account opportunities and escalate any challenging client issues.
• Report bugs or improvement suggestions to the development team to enhance the user experience.
• Maintain Client Contact , Contract , Client Feedback Data Base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
