Responsibilities:

Understanding the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and prepare market strategies that can be used to tap clients.

Properly Handling inquiry.

Preparing sales quotation and getting verified and approved form Sales Head.

Had good Experience in GeM Portal and different PSU Portal

Vendor Registration , Offer Follow-up , Invoice Generation, Payment follow-up , Channel Partnering , Dealer Handling , Documentation Submission .

Filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities

Strategically plan and achieve the sales targets assigned on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.

New client acquisition through personal visits.

Develop existing clients and generate revenue through upselling.

Appointment of OEMs and business generation through them as per targets assigned.

Develop dealers and build a strong dealership network in territories assigned.

Enhance business through tie-ups with liaisoning agents, EPC contractors, participation in government tenders across India.

Manage all the contractual requirements and align the end result with the company's internal operations and capabilities.

Timely payment collection from clients.

Timely resolution of dealer and customer issues pertaining to sales and service.

Impart training to the team assigned.

Generate revenue through participation in exhibitions.

Retaining dealers & Representative keeping them active on monthly basis.

Keeping the update of dealer visit periodically.

Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.

Requisite Skills:

Should have technical sales experience

Excellent communication skills.

Positive, confident and determined approach.

Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.

High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Skills to work both independently and as part of a team.

Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.

Commercial awareness.

Desired Skills:

Experience in building dealer network, good liaisoning with EPC contractors.
