We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Client Engagement Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing and experience working with international clients. This role requires a candidate who excels in proposal writing, client coordination, and creating compelling visual content on Canva. The ideal candidate should bring a strong eye for design, an innovative approach to ad copy, and expertise in crafting effective banners and landing page visuals. Excellent communication skills are essential to foster client relationships and deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write persuasive proposals that align with client needs and showcase our agency's strengths.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements and providing regular updates.
• Create visually appealing ad images, banners, and landing page graphics on Canva that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
• Craft engaging and effective ad copy tailored for various digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
• Utilize creativity and design skills to develop content that aligns with client branding and campaign goals.
• Manage client relationships proactively, ensuring satisfaction and retention through clear and professional communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in proposal writing and client coordination within a digital marketing context.
• Proficiency in Canva for designing ads, banners, and landing page visuals.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in visual design and ad copywriting.
• Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with key strategies for engaging target audiences.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with international clients effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• 2+ years in a similar role with hands-on experience in digital marketing, working with international clients, and creating visuals on Canva.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,150.29 - ?32,603.30 per month
