Job Summary:



Frutta is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction across Corporate Client segment. You will be responsible for developing strong partnerships, maximizing revenue potential, and providing tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success.

Responsibilities:



Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with high-value B2B clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales targets for key accounts. Conduct regular meetings with clients & regular visit to client's place to understand their concerns, propose tailored product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving for clients. Obtain references from existing clients, cross-sell, upsell, and ensure client retention by maintaining regular contact and providing excellent services. Drive customer loyalty by offering exceptional service and proactively addressing client concerns and requirements.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field. 2+ years of proven experience in relevant field or B2B sales / client handling experience. Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts and achieve sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple key accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in any CRM software. Familiarity with the Chennai market and B2B client landscape. Female candidates Preferred. Knowledge of the food industry or experience working with food industry will be a added advantage.

Pay: ?234,719.84 - ?471,037.19 per year
