Client Relations Officer Voice (trivandrum)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.
• Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions.
• Show empathy and a strong customer service orientation.
• Be willing to work night shift (9:30 pm to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-5 years experience in international voice processing.
• Excellent English communication skills (American accent is preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
