JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Sitapura, Jaipur.Role Overview: The Client Relations Manager ensures smooth post-sale operations, delivery, and client satisfaction. This role includes order follow-ups, coordinating with the factory, managing new design specifications, preparing offer sheets, and maintaining client relations.Responsibilities:

• Delivery and Samples Management:

• Ensure timely delivery of orders and samples.

• Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient shipping.

• Order Follow-Ups:

• Maintain regular communication with the factory to track order progress.

• Update clients on order status and expected delivery times.

• Handle any issues related to order fulfilment.

• New Design Specifications:

• Collect and analyse market trends and client feedback for new design demands.

• Coordinate with the design team to develop new specifications.

• Offer Sheets:

• Prepare and update offer sheets for clients.

• Ensure offer sheets are accurate and reflect current pricing and product availability.

• Client Relations:

• Regularly follow up with potential clients and leads that are hot.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly.

• Daily Tasks:

• Follow up with the factory on ongoing orders.

• Update clients on order status.

• Review and respond to client inquiries and requests.

• Weekly Tasks:

• Coordinate with the design team on new design specifications.

• Review and update offer sheets as needed.

• Meet with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery processes.

• Monthly Tasks:

• Conduct a review of delivery and sample processes.

• Analyse client feedback and market trends for new design demands.

• Prepare and present a performance report to the management team.

• Any Graduate

• Experience Required - 5+ years

• Good Communication Skills

• Exposure of Export Client Handling

• Good Grip in Excel (Pivot Table & V-look up)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.

• Salary Budget - Up to 50k
