The Client Solutions Executive is responsible for driving the success of client engagements by understanding their needs, proposing and implementing effective solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
Solution Development
Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and pain points.
Design and propose tailored solutions that address client challenges and deliver value.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop and refine solutions.
Scheme related process
Project Management
Oversee the implementation of client solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure that solutions are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
To take initiative for new product launch.
To achieve target-oriented sales.
Full studio management.
Client Success and Satisfaction
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Identify opportunities for additional services or improvements to enhance client success.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
To Coordinate client meetings.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and present reports on project status, client feedback, and solution effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project milestones, and deliverables.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients.
Support proposal development and contribute to the preparation of client presentations.
Conduct outdoor sales meetings.
Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and service enhancements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.)
Sales or client relation experience (1-3 Years)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
