Modern Trade, Ecommerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart etc.), marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position. Should be able to build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Generate business inquiries from shared leads provided by the company, as well generate by himself. \xc2\xb7 Contacting through by Telephone, Email, Messages, current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service & close the deal on day to day basis. \xc2\xb7 Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Keeping the customer database maintained & updated & taking & processing orders accurately \xc2\xb7 Leverage Sales Navigator & other relevant tools to identify & connect with potential prospects. \xc2\xb7 Utilize Various Communication channels (e.g. email Campaigns, Social Media, Cold Calling) to generate new Leads. \xc2\xb7 Track & Analyse key performance indicators (KPI\xe2\x80\x99s) related to lead generation & sales activities. \xc2\xb7 Excellent with verbal communication & Written skills, especially for activities such as email campaigns, Power Point Presentations, MS Excel Proposals & reports & should be adaptable to tailor their communication approach based on the preferences & needs of stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Maintain & Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely follow-up with leads to progress them through the sales funnel. \xc2\xb7 Address customer inquiries & concerns in a timely & professional Manner. \xc2\xb7 Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, opportunities & Sales activities. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports & updates on lead generation activities& sales performance to the management team. \xc2\xb7 Must be experienced in E-Commerce platform like amazon, myntra etc \xc2\xb7 Must be able to coordinate with the Sales team for any CRM related issues and must track their daily \xc3\x98 SKILLS REQUIRED: \xc3\x98 Proven working experience in \xe2\x80\x9cEcommerce Platform / Retail / Modern Trade etc\xe2\x80\x9d or a relevant role. \xc3\x98 Must be very good Proficiency in Computer skills- MS Excel, PPT etc. \xc3\x98 Very good communication skills \xc3\x98 Proficiency in English & Presentable. \xc3\x98 Market knowledge. \xc3\x98 Communication and negotiation skills. \xc3\x98 Time management and planning skills. \xc3\x98 Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. \xc3\x98 Must be Graduate /Post Graduate (Administration or related).
