Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our NGO's outreach team as a Calling Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential donors, beneficiaries, or stakeholders, communicate our mission effectively, and build meaningful relationships to support our social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Donor Engagement :
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
• Explain the organization's mission, ongoing projects, and how their contributions make a difference.
• Encourage one-time or recurring donations.
• Beneficiary Outreach :
• Contact beneficiaries to understand their needs and provide information about the NGO's programs.
• Follow-Ups :
• Maintain a record of interactions and follow up with donors and beneficiaries as needed.
• Address any queries, concerns, or feedback received during calls.
• Data Management :
• Update and maintain an accurate database of contacts, calls made, and outcomes.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the fundraising, project, and communication teams to align calling efforts with organizational goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills in [language(s) required].
• Empathy and a passion for social causes.
• Prior experience in a similar role (telecalling, customer service, or fundraising) is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (data entry and CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,100.00 per month
