Job Title: Client Relations Associate
: The Client Relations Associate manages client relationships, ensures satisfaction, and drives business growth through effective communication and engagement strategies. They work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and provide study abroad counseling, including guidance on IELTS and OET, supporting students throughout their study abroad journey.
Job Specification:
• Education: Degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in CRM, study abroad counseling, or test preparation (IELTS, OET) are advantageous.
• Experience: Preferred experience in client relations, customer service, or management, particularly in study abroad consultancy. Familiarity with IELTS and OET is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
• Anticipate and proactively address client needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
• Keep clients informed on project progress and updates.
• Study Abroad Counseling:
• Provide expert advice on study abroad options, IELTS, and OET preparation.
• Assist with application and visa processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay informed on international education trends, especially regarding IELTS and OET.
• Business Development:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
• Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate on client engagement, promotional campaigns, and retention initiatives.
• Client Feedback and Reporting:
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Prepare reports for management summarizing client satisfaction and retention metrics.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify and convert students interested in studying abroad into clients.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns and collaborate on marketing efforts.
• Implement lead scoring and tracking to optimize conversion rates.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
