Client Operations Leader -

We facilitate the opening of bank accounts and enable their ongoing management, via an extensive
network of partner banks, a top-class open banking platform, and the highest quality of customer

We are looking for ambitious, business-minded, finance oriented and enterprising Client Operations
Leader to join an international team of experts in banking, compliance, and corporate account
management to help support our growing operations.
Job description and responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and own client onboarding process from gathering & record-keeping of documents to
system on-boarding to commence services
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop, improve, and oversee clients transaction processing in compliance with the Companys
standards and procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain, monitor running client management profile listing to manage on-going relationships
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare, review and ensure claims on partners for revenues due on a timely manner
\xef\x82\xb7 Timely payments as per compensation agreement with prospecting re-sellers
\xef\x82\xb7 Set, lead reviews for on-boarding progress to plan and Ongoing reporting to management using
existing procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Daily communication with clients through various channels
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead, execute Clients periodic relationship reviews to procedures, delivering a well-tracked on-
boarding and maintenance process through coordination across stake-holders
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintenance of client communications records and reporting to managerial stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders across several departments (Business
Development, external Re-Sellers, Legal, Finance, etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring excellent customer experience to fulfill our mission of Private Banking experience to
Corporate Clients
\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to enhancements / process improvements for improving effectiveness.
Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Good English proficiency (written and verbal)
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent and organizational communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently maximizing learning from colleagues
\xef\x82\xb7 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong client relationship management skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office and other editing tools with ease of adaptation to other emerging digital
technologies
\xef\x82\xb7 2-4 years of experience with a regulated financial institution; prior client-facing role an
advantage
\xef\x82\xb7 Originality and entrepreneurial thinking - proactive in suggesting solutions to challenges.The Role offers:
