NovaBenefits is looking for a full-time Client Onboarding Associate who is passionate about tech, customer success and want to build robust systems that can scale. In simple language, you want to learn the 0-1 journey.### Core Responsibilities:

Operations: • You will be ensuring that all the client onboarding and other deliverables are completed within the pre-defined SLA's.
• You'll be running email campaigns, setting up the platform, activating benefits and Insurance for all the users.
• Interact with internal and external teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues on onboarding.
• Create presentations, event materials, business review docs etc with the help of CS team
• Report on onboarding, TATs, customer feedback in a timely manner.

Analytics: • End to end Key Metrics tracking. You'll have to fall in love with SLAs & KPIs for the accounts you are doing for the client onboarding.
• Ensuring all onboarding NPS and handover/ onboarding sign-off for all accounts.
• You must question the SLAs and SOPs from time to time and come up with solutions on how to improve the process. Customer experience and user journey are something you should be obsessed with.
• Look at the numbers, trends, and data and take appropriate actions based on the findings.

Communication: • Communication will be at the heart of your role.
• You'll be communicating/ collaborating with your client and Internal teams.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Success team to provide support to businesses and interface with clients.


This is a work from office role and our office is based out of Bengaluru. Job Requirement

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, you would be provided all the necessary training to understand the process and key responsibilities areas. You should have excellent multi-tasking, proactive follow-ups, and problem-solving skills.

An ideal candidate should -• Have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn tech tools
• Know how to use MS Excel for regular business activities
• Willing to learn, unlearn and re-learn at a fast pace
• Strong communication skills in English
• Have basic design skills i.e. presentation, video, etc
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good to have:You know how the employer branding works You understand how to break the ice via memes or any engagement products Knowledge of insurance products & employee benefits sector is a bonus


Candidates with generalist experience of 1+ years or Freshers from Tier 1 colleges are encouraged to apply.
