This position is in the Enterprise Delivery Organization with the role aligning to Business Readiness tower with primary expertise in Client Metrics.About youAs the Business Readiness Associate Information Technology Analyst, you will apply conceptual knowledge to assist in utilizing a variety of data analysis tools to track, monitor, and assess business processes to provide transparency of progress towards a desired objective. Accompanied by Business Readiness guidance, acting as a voice for business resources in details related to enabling new or changing infrastructure, work processes, or systems capabilities during implementation projects by applying general knowledge of Information Systems.Also, you can complete each of the following tasks:\xc2\xb7 Collaboration with leadership to develop a portal where all reports within the organization can be easily accessed and utilized, along with mobile capabilities\xc2\xb7 Creation of new metrics to assist with transparency among the organization, leading to higher client satisfaction\xc2\xb7 Comprehensive reporting throughout project life cycle, ensuring end to end transparency\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the reporting of end users involved in testing, requiring training, and requiring changes to security profiles\xc2\xb7 Develop client metric reports using MET (currently primarily Power BI) based on project requirements\xc2\xb7 Understand key Business stakeholders\' needs and deliver metrics that tell the story to meet their needsRequired qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar education.\xc2\xb7 A minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.\xc2\xb7 Power BI development experience.\xc2\xb7 Data analysis experienceYour preferred qualifications:\xc2\xb7 A degree discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical field\xc2\xb7 Experience in system design, implementation and support\xc2\xb7 Experience in software engineering / programming experience\xc2\xb7 Project Management knowledge is beneficial\xc2\xb7 DevOps experienceYour skills, knowledge, and abilities include:\xc2\xb7 Ability to work successfully in a team being a team player\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with global teams in different time-zones.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication SkillsAdditional notes-Relocation assistance is not availableBenefits - What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
