Key Responsibilities: Interdepartmental Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between various departments, including operations, maintenance, engineering, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety. Project Coordination: Coordinate projects involving multiple departments, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the project goals and timelines. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with environmental and safety regulations and standards relevant to wastewater treatment, biogas, or biocng operations. Ensure that the plant complies with all legal requirements. Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with department heads to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Problem Solving: Work with teams to identify and address operational issues, bottlenecks, and challenges promptly. Training and Development: Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of plant staff, ensuring they stay current with industry best practices. Communication: Prepare and disseminate regular reports, summaries, and presentations on plant performance, projects, and compliance issues. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and tracking, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration). Proven experience in a liaison or coordination role within the wastewater treatment, biogas, or biocng industry. Strong understanding of environmental regulations, safety standards, and best practices in the field.
