We work closely with our global client delivery locations, local country client delivery teams, general management, and key leaders across countries and functions.As the Director of Client Implementation - Global Client Delivery, you will be leading client onboarding and will manage the relations between operations and commercial for new and \'Tier-1\' clients to ensure coordinated and consistent global client service delivery.This role will work closely with Group Operations and Transformation, Global Client Delivery, Group Commercial, Regional and Country Leadership Management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Group Finance.Reporting directly to IQ-EQ\'s Global Head of Client Delivery, you will play a vital role in the strategic direction IQ-EQ will take in the next few years as we scale our global operations to grow our business.The successful candidate must be comfortable working at both a strategic level - developing and implementing strategy - and at an execution level.Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

  • Lead the comprehensive end-to-end onboarding process, prioritising Tier 1 clients, within IQ-EQ\'s Global Client Delivery locations. This includes:
  • Develop & manage robust onboarding of clients & organising pre-onboarding due diligence, day-1 activities and moving them into BAU executing the post-close onboarding plan.
  • Sizing of team to support clients being serviced from GCD
  • Governance on which GCD location will support
  • Data Migration into IQEQ systems
  • Developing and agreeing process, controls & client deliverables
  • Implementation of SLA\'s
  • Overall project management
  • Lesson learned and continual evolution of the GCD Implementations model
  • Manage the Global Client Delivery - Implementation teams located the Philippines, India & Mauritius.
  • Own and drive key stakeholder relationships for Global Client Delivery Client Implementations for IQEQ, this includes commercial and operational (onshore/offshore)
  • Be the primary point of contact for all Tier 1 client onboarding workstreams.
  • Create an onboarding plan for clients into Global Client Delivery by organising pre-onboarding due diligence, day-1 activities, and executing the post-close onboarding plan.
  • Focus on providing on the ground client support across locations while also maintaining strong connectivity with the global client delivery team and leveraging their expertise.
  • Required to understand and tailor approach based on regional nuances across regulatory requirements and product structures.
  • Coordinate across multiple groups globally to ensure uniform, proactive, timely, professional, and accurate client interactions.
  • Work directly with leadership in Global Client Delivery, Regional COO\'s and Group Commercial to ensure proper onboarding or transition.
  • Own and direct the design, knowledge transfer, ramp-up and quality assurance.
  • Investigate tooling opportunities that would smooth the transition and data migrations from competitors to IQ-EQ and enable more efficient onboarding

Required ExperienceEducation / professional qualifications
  • Graduate degree, preferably in Finance, Business Management or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership capacity in leading transitions across Accounting and Finance activities. into Global Client Delivery
  • Knowledge in reporting, user-centric thinking, and outstanding excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Strong customer-orientation, commercial awareness, and prior stints in customer-centric organisations would be highly advantageous.
  • Consistent track record in project management and implementation.
  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; an authentic leader with good time management, inclusive behaviours, and a strong belief in people development.
  • Favourable consideration will be given to those with regional experience in working in a matrix organization, with global virtual teams
Knowledge, and professional experience
  • Previous experience in client implementations, preferably within the private markets or financial services industry
  • Strong client management and project management experience
  • Proven track record of execution in operational excellence, projects and core capability build
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders and demands at various levels throughout the organisation including managing client service relationships
  • Experience of communicating and working with C-level management team and senior stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or global delivery centres or teams is highly desirable.
