Sirva is now seeking Finance Coordinator to support our international clientele based out of Bengaluru.
This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

Role Overview
To prepare Invoices including complex invoices to clients for both fees and disbursements within the Client Accounting dept. The Client Accounting department is responsible for making large volumes of payments on behalf of clients and then re-billing those amounts to clients.
Relationship Management: Interacts with internal and external contacts to discuss information and probe for clarification.
Customer Focus: Understands short-term customer needs and identifies opportunities to ensure customer service.
Results Delivery: Exercises considerable judgment and initiative relying on established processes and practices for problem solution.
Strives for Excellence: Identifies personal development needs with People Manager, and follows through on development activities for performance improvement
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage the process for weekly/monthly billing, both the re-billing of client disbursements and the billing of management fees to clients.
• Manage client invoices (complex/regular) and send the invoices to client as per the billing instructions.
• Dealing with any disputes/issues on invoices communicated from clients or internal Operations.
• Perform peer audits and report any differences to Team leads
• Review of unbilled/aged items and follow up with the concerned internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain Billing Accuracy at 100%.
• Attend and complete the required process and other trainings.
• Show a proactive and "can do "attitude to work
• Helps other team members, shares knowledge and learning
• Builds positive, close and effective working relationships with Operations and other departments
• Understand the financial Impact while processing the billing
Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required
• Commerce graduates
• Minimum of 2-3 years of AR or Cash Application or Billing function.
• Strong technological skills e.g. Windows, the Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
• Shows full attention to detail
• Follow up skills
• Good Communication skills
• Customer focused (Internal / External)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain working relationships
• Ability to work in changing work environment.
