ABOUT THIS JOBIn Nielsen Technology, we process over 250 terabytes of data every single day, manage it in the latest cloud technology, and build best-in-class analytical tools to add transparency and efficiency to the consumer goods market at a scale that no other company is able to achieve.As an RDH Client Service Analyst (CSA), you will play a key role in managing retail data hierarchy (RDH) operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality, actionable insights for retail clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, and proficiency with NIQ platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, retail clients, and the commercial team to resolve challenges, manage client requests, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project Management: Oversee communications, timelines, and delivery of strategic retail projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Client Management: Coordinate closely with Ops teams to handle client queries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between the onshore team, clients, the commercial team, and the COE team to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Act as a consultant to the retailer providing recommendations on RDH design and set expectations on quality of the output..
  • CPG Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the CPG industry and NIQ platforms (e.g., reference data, Discover) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in retail data to optimize performance and help improve validation processes.
  • Hierarchy Management: Assess and implement changes to data hierarchies, working with clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Input File Preparation: Create and format input files for RDH setups and refreshes, and support the acquisition of POS files for new item management.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, validate, and deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the CPG industry.
  • Familiarity with NIQ platforms, including reference data, Discover, and other retail analytics tools, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, trends, and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be comfortable with Full-time (Night shift - 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
