We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken female professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Making follow-up calls to clients regarding payments.
Inviting architects and clients to visit our showroom/display centre.
Maintaining and updating client records.
Handling basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the bathroom fittings or construction industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Minimum experience : 3-5 years
