Job Description


The purpose of this role is to be the operational connective tissue within the Client Development team, helping to define, leverage, and institutionalise best practices across the network. Helps define and develop an organic growth strategy tailored to the needs of the market, working with adjacent teams internally to execute on pre-defined priorities and goals.:Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitates strategic client engagement programme that includes the planning and execution of Dentsu Client Development events and activities that drive overall client engagement and goodwill
  • Spearheads organic growth prospect analysis, working with Client Development Officers and service line leaders to identify in-network growth opportunities through analysis of current Dentsu clients and agency capabilities/needs
  • Supports opportunistic organic growth pursuits, as needed
  • Plans and facilitates all multi-agency workshops across various client opportunities and client portfolios
  • Partners with assigned client portfolio to provide access, speed, resource and navigation across Dentsu\'s capabilities and geography which deliver results aligned to our business strategy
  • Works with Client Development Officers to create and deploy a training programme for Client Presidents and integrated account teams with a set of repeatable and shared best practices in order to institutionalise Dentsu client development ways of working
