Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and management of client documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Monitor client feedback and work proactively to improve services and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company services to effectively address client needs.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,947.16 per month
