We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our business growth.
The Client Coordinator will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our interior design services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Generate Leads and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach. Convert leads into sales by presenting our design services effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored design solutions to meet their requirements.
• Consultations and Presentations: Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their interior design needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our design capabilities.
• Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Monitor sales performance, track progress, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and that projects are executed to the highest standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
