Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
• Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
3. Project Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time.
• Communicate project timelines, updates, and any changes to clients.
• Track project progress and handle any issues or delays that arise.
4. Client Support
• Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure clients are satisfied with products or services.
• Assist clients in navigating the company's services or platforms.
5. Administrative Tasks
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and communications.
• Update CRM systems with client information, feedback, and project status.
• Prepare reports on client activity and satisfaction for management.
6. Client Feedback and Improvement
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services or products.
• Report client needs and suggestions to internal teams for enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure continuous improvement in the client experience.
7. Meeting Coordination
• Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams during meetings.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to meet client requirements.
• Ensure that internal teams are aware of client expectations and project deadlines.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company's various departments.
9. Problem-Solving
• Anticipate and proactively address potential client issues.
• Resolve conflicts or discrepancies between clients and the company.
• Find solutions to client problems to ensure a positive experience.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or meetings in a timely manner.
• Ensure clear and professional communication between clients and the company.
