Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in client management or customer service who are looking to develop their career in client relations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
Coordinate and track client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
Organize meetings, conferences, and calls between clients and internal teams.
Maintain and update client records and project documentation.
Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and the internal team.
Support the client onboarding process and ensure clients have a positive experience.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and follow up with the internal team to ensure the client's expectations are met.
Handle client complaints or concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Assist with organizing client events or meetings, if applicable.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Basic understanding of project management tools is a plus (but not required).
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
Prior experience in client coordination, customer service, or any client-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
