Job Title : Junior Client Coordinator

Employment type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
• Monitor and track project timelines and deadline
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards
• Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and meeting minutes
• Provide general administrative support to the project team
• Facilitate the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts
• Support project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree and certification in Project Management
• Experience : 1- 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related administrative role
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical skills : Basic Computer knowledge
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals
