Job Description

A client coordinator's responsibilities include:

• Client relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Scheduling: Managing client appointments, including in-person, video conference, and phone appointments
• Communication: Communicating with clients via phone, email, or in-person to understand their needs and concerns
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining client documents, reports, and correspondence
• Collaboration: Working with other departments and teams to ensure the successful running of client accounts
• Tracking: Tracking client interactions and account activity
• Reporting: Generating reports on client accounts and projects
• Strategy: Inputting into strategic decisions for the client portfolio and participating in sales and marketing strategy meetings
• Events: Preparing and providing administrative support for client events
