Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
• Assist Account Managers in maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and updating clients on project statuses.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables between clients and internal teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and help with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Facilitate client meetings, taking notes, following up on action items, and preparing any necessary reports.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate these insights to the team.
• Support team members in organizing creative presentations, campaign reports, and other client materials.
• Ensure all client information is accuratel.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
