Client Coordinator Intern
Job Summary:
A Client Coordinator intern is help to ensure customer satisfaction by providing support and information, and resolving issues. Client Coordinator Intern should have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and empathize with client. They should also have a thorough knowledge of the product or service they are supporting.
Responsibilities:
Provide Client support through phone and chat.
Work with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions.
Review client satisfaction reports to ensure client are satisfied with the support they receive.
Verifies client requests are accurate and consistent.
Skills and Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Stipend : 4k
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Nagpur(On- Site)
