Client Coordinator Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Client Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services according to client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Manage client expectations and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Schedule and facilitate client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Handle client feedback and complaints, working to resolve any issues to the client's satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of client service procedures and policies.
• Support the sales team in upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Job Requirement :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT and digital transformation services.
