• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure their HR needs are met effectively.
• Liaise between clients and internal HR teams (recruitment, payroll, employee relations) to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Schedule and participate in meetings or calls with clients to discuss ongoing projects, updates, and address any concerns.
• Assist in coordinating recruitment services such as scheduling interviews, providing client feedback, and managing the recruitment timeline.
• Oversee the delivery of other HR services like payroll processing, employee onboarding, or performance management as per client needs.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to HR services.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher management and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain and update records of client interactions, HR projects, and service status.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients, summarizing service performance and HR metrics.
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of HR services provided to clients.
• Ensure that client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Collect feedback from clients about their experience with HR services.
• Suggest improvements based on client feedback and collaborate with the HR team to implement necessary changes.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing client contracts and service proposals.
• Ensure that service agreements are aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
