As a Client and Community Relations Executive, you will be the friendly face and voice of You Care Lifestyle. Your main goal is to help our customers and community members by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing personalized wellness guidance. \xe2\x97\x8f Build Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with our customers, encouraging loyalty and advocacy. \xe2\x97\x8f Handle Orders and Queries: Address and resolve customer concerns related to orders, such as delivery status, wrong products, damages, and delays. \xe2\x97\x8f Understand Needs: Listen to and understand customer preferences and needs to personalize their You Care Lifestyle experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Support Sales: Help promote special offers and trials to our community, driving engagement and sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Represent the Brand: Be a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging in all interactions. \xe2\x97\x8f Recover Sales: Identify opportunities to recover lost sales and convert abandoned carts, lost/passive customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Know Our Products: Have a deep understanding of You Care Lifestyle\xe2\x80\x99s products and values to provide accurate information. \xe2\x97\x8f Voice of the Customer: Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and communicate insights to improve our services. \xe2\x97\x8f Engage Across Channels: Manage customer interactions across social media, order management systems, and WhatsApp. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to track satisfaction. Collaborate: Work with internal departments/group companies to ensure smooth operations. Candidate Profile
  • Any Graduate/BMS Degree
  • Min. 1-2 Years of Experience in community management, customer relations, or a similar role, preferably within the wellness or lifestyle industry.
  • The candidate is expected to have his/ her own device in perfect working condition and with a good WIFI connection
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
